SOUND OF MUSIC

There will be a REQUIRED meeting for ALL CAST MEMBERS on Thursday, October 30th after school.

You will be measured for costumes so if you don't show up, you won't get a costume! Also, wear comfortable body skimming clothes (Ex: avoid overly large sweaters) so that the measurements will be accurate.

After being measured, we will resume the original singing rehearsal with whomever was called to sing. Take care!

3:30 – DURING THE FULL REHEARSAL PERIOD, ACTORS WILL BE TAKEN FOR HEADSHOTS WITH MS. WEBER IN THE LIBRARY. PLEASE RETURN TO YOUR WORKING GROUP WHEN FINISHED AND MOVE QUICKLY.

I think that is all the changes. Characterization and scene blocking starts Tuesday. Be familiar with your lines.

CAST LIST

After several hours of deliberation, the casting committee has determined the final cast list! The list will be posted on Monday, January 18th at 8:40a.m. on the board outside Room 133.

If you are cast, the first meeting will be Tuesday at 3:20 (don't be late). The cast will read through the entire script and hopefully there will be time to have everyone measured for costumes (please wear non-bulky clothes.)

To auditioners who are not cast in a role, you will be assigned to a crew (according to the preferences on your audition info sheet.) If you are no longer interested in being involved, please speak to Miss Gartshore.

CALL BACKS

Hi All,
Congratulations on completing the first round of auditions! The audition committee and I have made a few decisions, but we are still unsure of how to cast a few roles.

We’d like to see the following people at Call Backs on Thursday, just because we’d like to hear them again! During the call backs you will sing new song selections and read new parts from the script according to the character you have been called back for. You are strongly encouraged to work with any direction you receive from the audition panel and you are encouraged to play along with Ms. Rayner in role.
